Information we collect

We collect the name, email, business name, website or Facebook page, notes, and contact-form messages you submit, along with order references, subscription details, payment status, and the checkout disclosures presented. Our hosting provider may record technical request information such as IP addresses for security and operation.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments and billing information. DansLeads does not receive or store full card numbers. Resend delivers order information and contact inquiries to Dan by email. When you select Continue to payment, the business details you submitted are saved and emailed to Dan, even if you do not complete payment. Dan can use these details to respond about your checkout or setup. Our hosting infrastructure stores the business details needed for your service. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

How we use information

We use your details to fulfill orders, contact you about your campaigns, manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use checkout details to enroll you in marketing email lists.

Account access and advertising

Advertising account access is arranged during onboarding. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in the order form. Tracking configured for your advertising may require separate notices or consent on your business website, depending on your audience and location; this will be discussed during setup.

Cookies and external resources

This landing page does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information. Stripe’s secure payment form is embedded on our checkout page. Stripe may collect device and technical information and use cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. Its payment form and billing portal operate under Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide services, manage billing, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. You can use our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable retention requirements and law.
