Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026. These terms apply to monthly Facebook advertising services purchased from DansLeads. Questions? Please contact Dan before ordering.

Services and prices

Each package includes Facebook ad account setup, ad copy, creative, tracking setup, and ongoing campaign management. Launch is $250 USD per month for up to $1,000 in monthly ad spend; Grow is $400 USD per month for up to $3,000; Scale is $1,000 USD per month for up to $5,000. Account setup occurs during onboarding. Campaign scope, access requirements, and timing are coordinated with Dan.

Advertising budget is separate

Service fees do not include advertising spend. Your business pays Meta directly through its own ad account and retains ownership of that account. Spending above your package limit requires discussing an appropriate plan with Dan first.

Monthly subscription and cancellation

Your first service fee is charged at checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically each month at the selected price until cancelled. You authorize these recurring payments. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal, or contact Dan for assistance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, appropriate permissions, usable assets where needed, and timely feedback. You are responsible for your offers, product claims, business compliance, and any required privacy notices or consent. Do not send passwords. Delays in access or approvals can affect service timing.

Results and platform decisions

Lead volume, sales, costs, or return on ad spend are not guaranteed. Results depend on your offer, budget, competition, audience, and follow-up. Meta controls ad approvals and account restrictions; DansLeads cannot guarantee platform approval or continued availability.

Refunds and service concerns

Contact Dan promptly if there is a problem or you wish to request a refund. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and work already completed. Cancellation does not itself refund prior charges. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Additional work and changes

Work beyond the selected advertising service, including websites or landing pages, requires a separate agreement. Any changes to pricing or the agreed service will be communicated before they take effect.
